The first 20 guests to make reservations are invited on a private tour of the Herman Marshall distillery on the afternoon of July 25th.
Hay Smoked Pork Belly with roasted plum glaze, Texas field pea ragout and thyme.
Grilled Baby Carrot and Summer Salad with radish, smoked Mozzarella, frisse, BBQ pecans tossed in a cumin vinaigrette.
Slow Roasted ½ Chicken with wildflower honey and preserved lemon. Served with charred okra, potato chowder and tomato marmalade.
Caramel and Espresso Gelato with sea salt, pink peppercorn and anise beignets.
