You can make booking arrangements for House of Blues through the venue Talent staff. Please submit your music, band name, contact information and any related press to the appropriate House of Blues venue.

How can I meet an artist?
If you would like to meet an artist, get backstage passes, dressing room access, an interview, etc., you will need to request permission through the artist's management company. House of Blues does not release artist–related contact information.

Does House of Blues have franchise opportunities?
No. House of Blues is privately owned and operated and is not available for franchise.

How can I update my email address or password?
Sign in at houseofblues.com /updates/ with your original email address and password. You will then be able to follow the prompts on the site to change any information in your profile (email address, password, address information, etc.).

I heard that a specific artist is playing a House of Blues promoted date. Why can't I find it on your site?
If you cannot find an artist in the "concert + event listings" or via the site–wide search feature, it is likely that the artist is not confirmed to play a House of Blues promoted event, the artist is not the event headliner or co–headliner or houseofblues.com has been asked not to release event information.

How do I listen to the music clips on event detail pages?
To listen to the music clips on Houseofblues.com requires the download and installation of the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in. This is a free piece of software available for both Windows and Macintosh operating systems and Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers.
To listen to the music clips, follow these directions:
- Click on the "Install Silverlight" graphic on the event detail page. If you do not have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your system, this graphic will appear under the song title listing on the event detail page.
- A dialog box will appear asking you to save the Silverlight installer: we suggest saving the installer file to your desktop.
- Navigate to the location on your hard drive where you saved the Silverlight installer.
- Double-click on the installer file: the Silverlight plug-in will begin its automated installation.
- Once the installation is complete, reload the event detail page in your web browser: the Media Player controls should appear appear where the "Install Silverlight" graphic appeared previously.
- Click on any song title
- Click on the "play" (right pointing arrow) on the media player's controls. The song clips should begin playing; ensure that the volume on your computer is at a loud enough level to hear the song clip.

What is an Internet presale?
A presale is an exclusive offer to purchase tickets before they are officially available to the public.

How do I purchase tickets online? Is this safe to do?
Our online ticket buying process is secure and safe. To purchase tickets online, just click through the instructions given on the site. You must be the owner or authorized user of a credit card in order to purchase tickets online.

How do I get my tickets?
You will be required to choose a delivery method for your tickets in order to complete your online purchase. You may have your tickets mailed to you, or you can pick them up at Will Call on the night of the show. If you choose to pick up your tickets at Will Call, please remember to bring a valid ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

Is there a ticket limit on presales?
Some presales do have ticket limits, and limits may vary from event to event. Please refer to the presale or event webpage for further information.

No more presale tickets are available. Does this mean the show is sold out?
Generally only a limited number of tickets are reserved for a presale. More tickets may become available once the public on sale begins.

I know a specific event is featuring a presale, but houseofblues.com has not provided presale information. How can I find the password?
Occasionally, House of Blues may promote an event with another business, such as a radio station. When these co–promotions occur, presales may only be available through the third party business. House of Blues cannot provide passwords for these presales.

What Is House of Blues Member Ticketing?
House of Blues Member Ticketing is a free service provided by House of Blues that offers members:
- access to member ticketing website, featuring member–exclusive ticket inventory
- internet presale notification so members may purchase tickets before the general public
- special offers such as 2–for–1 tickets and sweepstakes
- up–to–date regional event schedules

How can I improve my odds of getting tickets?
House of Blues Member Tickets are only available to registered House of Blues members and may be purchased directly from House of Blues online. House of Blues Members also have access to presales that are not available to the general public.
If you are not a House of Blues member, you may purchase tickets at the venue's box office, or online through links provided by houseofblues.com. You may also be able to purchase tickets at local radio stations, music stores, or other local businesses depending on the event.

How can I get better seats?
Seats are sold on a first–come, first–served basis. To get the best seats, we suggest you buy your tickets as early as possible.

How much do tickets cost?
At House of Blues, we strive to keep ticket prices reasonable. However, there may be certain fees and/or charges included in your total ticket purchase.
Face value of a ticket:
- The base price of a ticket is determined by the artist, artist management, promoter and venue. For House of Blues amphitheater venues, a Facility Fee may typically be included in the face value of the ticket.
Service charge:
- There is a service charge added to each ticket. This charge covers many of the costs associated with ticketing, such as computer equipment and credit card processing fees. For House of Blues club venues, the Service Charge also includes a Facility Fee. Service charges vary for each event and ticket type.
Taxes:
- Applicable state and local taxes are included in the face value of a ticket.

Why is there a time limit on the Checkout process?
There is a time limit in order to give as many people as possible a chance to purchase tickets. You will typically have 10 minutes to complete your purchase (although time limits may be as short as five minutes for high demand events). The time limit for each event is displayed on the Event Detail Page, below the Checkout button. Once you click this button, your tickets are placed on hold and the countdown begins. The time remaining is posted at the top of each page of the Checkout process. If you exceed the time limit, the tickets you have been holding are released for others to purchase. This gives as many people as possible a chance to purchase tickets.

Can I place my House of Blues Member Ticketing order by phone?
House of Blues Member Tickets are not available over the phone. However, if you wish to purchase a ticket by phone you may do so when tickets are available to the general public by calling the House of Blues box office.

Can I use a gift certificate to buy tickets?
You may use House of Blues gift certificates to purchase tickets for shows taking place at House of Blues club venues. You must redeem your gift certificate in person at the venues box office.
Please note: You may not use a gift certificate to buy House of Blues member tickets.

Why can't I see what seats I have?
Your seat locations will be provided to you in your Will Call/Shipping confirmation email, which you will receive once the box office has assigned seats to your order. Seats are assigned on a first–come, first–served basis. Seats are not assigned for General Admission events. House of Blues Members will be able to select their price level or ticket tier when purchasing through House of Blues Member Ticketing.

Tickets purchased within the same order will be assigned together.

What is 2 For Tu?
2 for TU (Two for Tuesday) is a special promotion that allows you to purchase one ticket and get the second ticket free. This promotion is available every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (your local time) for selected events and venues.

How Do You Purchase 2 For TU tickets?
2 for TU tickets can be purchased by selecting the available event on the Account Preferences page. This information is displayed under the "2 for Tuesday" heading from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Tuesday.
House of Blues Member Ticketing members can also click on the "Buy Ticket" links included in the weekly 2 for TU notification.

Can I buy one ticket to one show and get a different show of my choice for free?
No. Tickets can only be purchased in pairs for the same show.

If I purchase an odd number of tickets will I get a discount on the odd one?
No. Tickets need to be purchased in pairs.

Do I need a password to participate?
No. You do not need a password to participate.

Why is an artist I'm looking for not on 2 for TU?
This promotion is only available for selected events and venues.

Can I purchase 2 for TU events at the venue box office?
No. Tickets for the 2 For TU events can only be purchased online though houseofblues.com.

How many tickets are available for any particular 2 for TU event?
Availability of tickets depends on the venue presenting the event.

No. There is limited seating available depending on the show and the venue.

How will I receive my tickets?
You may have your tickets mailed to you, or you can pick them up at Will Call on the night of the show.

What is the procedure for picking up my tickets at Will Call?
To pick up your tickets at Will Call, select "Will Call Pickup" on the Shipping page of the checkout process and your tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call at the venue's box office. To pick up your tickets, you will be required to show valid picture ID (including a picture and signature) and the credit card used for the purchase. Acceptable forms of ID include a Drivers License, Military ID, or Passport. We recommend that you bring your order confirmation number with you when you are picking up tickets at Will Call. Will Call tickets will be ready for pick up starting three days before the event.

What is the procedure for having my tickets mailed to me?
On the Shipping page of the checkout process you can select to have your tickets shipped to you. At this time, ticket shipping is only available in the continental U.S. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada must pick up tickets at Will Call. U.S. residents who purchase tickets to Canadian events must elect to pick up tickets at Will Call.
Tickets will be shipped through the U.S. mail system. There is no shipping charge added to your ticket.

Where can I pick up my Will Call tickets?

Can someone else pick up my tickets?

- On the Sign In/Create Account page, please enter your email address.
- Please select your preferred venue.
- Click "Submit My Account Info." Your registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

What are the benefits of Membership registration?
You can view or modify the information in your membership account at any time by clicking the "Account Preferences" link at the top of most houseofblues.com pages. To ensure the safety of your information, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password before you can access your account. For additional security, only the last four digits of the credit card on file are displayed as part of your Payment preferences.

Where do I find my House of Blues Member Ticketing password to check availability on Ticketmaster?
If House of Blues Member tickets are no longer available, please read the message labeled, "Special Announcement" on the event purchase page. The message will give you a password so that you can check ticket availability on Ticketmaster. Please note that there are only a limited amount of tickets available for presales.
Houseofblues.com may also offer presale tickets for events that are not available through House of Blues Member Ticketing. Click here to obtain presale password information for this type of event.
Please note that houseofblues.com cannot provide password information for artist fan club, radio or other non– houseofblues.com presales.

Does House of Blues offer refunds?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

What if an event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is canceled, may return your tickets to the point of purchase for a full refund. If your tickets were purchased over the phone or online, you should contact the ticket outlet for instructions on how to receive your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an event is postponed, please keep your tickets in a safe place. When a new date is announced, you can use your ticket for the rescheduled date. If for any reason you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be allowed to return your tickets to the point of purchase for a refund.

What if my tickets are damaged?
If your tickets become damaged in any way, contact House of Blues as soon as possible so we can verify your order and seat location and attempt to make alternate arrangements for your entry into the event.

Ticket limits are generally determined by the venue, artist, or artist's management. Ticket limits will vary depending on the type of event or the anticipated demand for tickets. Attempts to exceed ticket limits by placing multiple orders may result in canceled orders or loss of Membership status.
