Unfortunately, it will be more like a 10 hour drive in a U-HAUL- fancy! I am sad to say goodbye to Chicago and House of Blues as I click my heels and move back to Kansas; it was short and sweet, but it has been an absolute blast to work with all of you as well as the staff here at House of Blues.

Imagine Dragons, Citizen Cope, and STS9 were just a few of the amazing shows that I had the privilege of seeing and I am leaving with some awesome memories of our Member parties (the Halloween party happened a week after I started here...what an introduction).

Thank you all for welcoming me to the House of Blues family and I hope to see you in Foundation Room when I come back to visit.

IHOBF Is Preparing for a Busy Spring in Chicago
Special sessions of Blues SchoolHouse will be held, transforming House of Blues into a multimedia classroom and featuring a live musical presentation tracing the evolution of the Blues and connecting it to today's music.

The Action for the Arts OnStage series will feature student recitals from local school music programs supported in part through your contributions. And IHOBF's Drawing Us Together youth art competition will culminate in an exhibit of student artwork inspired by this year's theme: the power of music to transcend differences and draw people together.

In celebration of the 5th Anniversary of our outing, we will be teaming up for a full 18 hole day. The day's activities also include 'closest to the pin' / 'longest drive' competitions, networking, camaraderie, raffles, on-site cigar roller, a 'watering hole,' and awards banquet. All of this for a great cause.
