Modelo Brewmaster Dinner

Modelo Brewmaster Cesar Martinez Guzman presented his Especial and Negra varieties on October 13th at the Modelo Brewmaster dinner. Foundation Room members enjoyed Modelo and Corona pairings with each course.

Hallow's Fantasy Eve - Foundation Room Annual Halloween Party

Foundation Room members lived out their fantasies at the annual Halloween Party on October 30th. DJ Mike Lopez rocked the dance floor while members enjoyed festive drink specials all Hallow's Eve long.

Help support the non-profit International House of Blues Foundation® (IHOBF) by bidding on a guitar during a silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will support IHOBF arts and cultural educational programs for Chicago youth.

1 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 cup Milk
1/4 Bourbon
2 Tablespoons Brandy
2 Tablespoons Dark Rum
3/4 Teaspoons Fresh Grated Nutmeg
3/4 Cup Sugar
6 Egg Yolks

Heat whipping cream, milk, bourbon, brandy, dark rum and nutmeg to simmer. Whisk in sugar and egg yolks. Slowly temper liquid into yolks, whisking constantly. Return to pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture coats a spoon. Strain and chill over ice.
