A fantastic event featuring Top Chef star Antonia Lofaso with a Mediterranean inspired menu. We were fortunate to have a social atmosphere as she continuously visited tables to discuss her cuisine and the effects cooking has had on her life.
Brewmaster George Reisch worked with Foundation Room chef Russell Grabe and staff to pair and promote the Holiday Brewmaster Dinner. Dinner featured Leffe Blonde, Budweiser Select, Michelob Amberbock, and Michelob Dunkelweisse George Reisch presented the proper pouring techniques, proper glassware, and his vast knowledge of each of the selected beers to consumers and retailers.

Cigar aficianado Benji Menendez was in the Foundation Room on December 3rd to promote his newest creation: the Limited Edition Partagas a name that remains the pillar of premium cigars. This limited production Partagas cigar is now available in a boutique offering of only 5,000 boxes. Foundation Room Members enjoyed cigars and hosted drinks amongst cigar royalty. Look for another Cigar event when the temperature warms up outside!

Members and guests enjoyed Chef Russell's delicious holiday offerings with a hosted bar. Phat Strad and Sarah Thiele put on a great show performing holiday favorites. Thank you to everyone that donated toys to Southern Nevada's Burn Foundation Toy Drive. In return, everyone received a special Foundation Room pen and photos to take home as a remembrance of the festive evening.

Executive Chef, Russell Grabe created a six course gala dinner for members and their guests. They also had the best seat on the Strip to check out the fireworks! Channel 8 was on the patio broadcasting the event.
Members and their guests enjoyed Casa Noble signature cocktails and appetizers plus listened to flamenco style music.
Members watched a live broadcast of the Big Game and enjoyed beer specials and a delicious food menu prepared by Executive Chef Russell Grabe, and great prize giveaways including tickets to several upcoming shows at House of Blues Las Vegas.
Members and their guests enjoyed exquisite wine provided by Corison Winery with a wonderful 4-course dinner provide by Executive Chef, Russell Grabe. Members and their guests were also educated on each wine by the owner of Corison Winery, Cathy Corison. Thank you Cathy for coming!
