Foundation Room presents another Third Thursday Live Music Jam with San Francisco-based singer, songwriter and pianist, Spencer Day. Also on the bill is musician and former daytime TV actor, Peter Love. Skyy Infusion cocktails and $10 appetizers will be available.

Member's Talent Show
Thursday, April 25th
Can you dance? Tell Jokes? Juggle knives blind-folded? Well, show off your talents at our first ever Member's Talent Show. Don't be shy, it's your turn to be the star! Prizes will be given out to the top performers.

Gold Member's Canyon Gate Golf Outing
Sunday, April 28th
Gold Members, enjoy a complimentary afternoon of golf at Canyon Gate Country Club. Begin the day on the driving range to practice your swing followed by shotgun. You will then have the opportunity to play 18 holes!

Third Thursday
Third Thursday is a monthly live music jam. Each month great musicians and entertainers will perform in the Lounge or in the Dining Room. It's a night to dress up and join your fellow Members and other music-lovers for an evening of live music in our elegant setting. You never know who might join the band or take the mic!

Karaoke Nights
Show off your vocal talents at our quarterly Karaoke Nights. The high energy evening is hosted by Director Steve Hart, entertainment by you. Get up on stage and sing your favorite hits or at least cheer on those who do.

Nikolai and Larysa Zavadsky
We are happy to have our Gold Members Nikolai and Larysa Zavadsky rejoin us after a short hiatus. They have had the pleasure of traveling and living in such countries as China, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Russia and Ukraine.

Nikolai has spent most of his career in Sales/Marketing Leadership for several high tech companies. He currently manages Global Bridge of Las Vegas and provides consulting services to biotech firms and hospital training programs.

One of his hobbies is teaching and he has spent over 30 years as a Senior Instructor for the Dale Carnegie programs. In their spare time they love to travel, go on cruises, hike, use their Gold benefits at Mandalay Bay Beach, and spend time with their four grandchildren.

The Zavadsky's visit Foundation Room frequently, finding the staff friendly, the Member events fun, and the elegant decor warm and inviting. They like to bring their friends and business associates. "It is like a family."

Current Foundation Room Members receive a referral bonus on their Loyalty Card to use toward food and beverage for referring a new Member. The referral bonus amount is based on the new Member's level of Membership.

IHOBF is preparing for a busy spring in Las Vegas. Special sessions of Blues School House will be held, transforming the House of Blues into a multimedia classroom and featuring a live musical presentation tracing the evolution of the Blues and connecting it to today's music. The Action for the Arts On Stage series will feature a student recital from local school music programs supported in part through your contributions. On May 7th the IHOBF's Drawing Us Together youth art competition will culminate in an exhibit of student artwork inspired by this year's theme: the power of music to transcend differences and draw people together.
