House of Blues offers full in-house production capabilities, post-production facilities and a distribution platform. We also have the ability to capture any live event in different media formats and deliver a finished product, either live or on recorded media, to your specification.
House of Blues is a 843 person capacity, two story venue, with separate Restaurant.
The Sacred Heart on the Upstage Wall cannot be obstructed.
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
All guest-lists are due by 7 p.m. the day of the show.
House of Blues requires that current Stage and Lighting Plots, Input Lists, Backline and Hospitality Riders be provided directly to the Production Office.

House of Blues, New Orleans, is located in the historic French Quarter District. No permits are needed if the bus/truck stays on Decatur St.
Overnight parking is restricted by city ordinance. Please turn off your engines and generators. Shore power for 2 busses is available.
Parking in the French Quarter area is also restricted by city ordinance.
Parking in front of HOB is very limited and we will do our best to get you parked and keep you there. Please discuss parking with the production manager or production assistant.
While we cannot guarantee parking for all vehicles, we will try to accommodate everyone as best as we can.

There is one main dressing room and one small opener dressing room on the second floor.
There is a bathroom and shower in the "A" dressing room only.
These dressing rooms are equipped with sofas, chairs, paintings, etc.
The House of Blues will arrange your catering needs "in-house". Meals are served from our restaurant kitchen via meal tickets or buffet, per advance, and based on the size of the entourage. We will be happy to try to honor any reasonable request.
The production assistant will advance hospitality and work with you to try to accommodate your needs.
House of Blues will provide an experienced server in the dressing room area to assist with your hospitality needs.

We do not have a B-3 or piano in-house, but we can arrange rental of both.
The Parish at House of Blues is a 368 capacity venue immediately adjacent to the House of Blues club and restaurant. The goal of this venue will be to offer many artists and their audience a more intimate experience than can be accomplished in the larger capacity main room. Although this is a smaller room, the production value will be maintained at a level that House of Blues has become known for. Any special needs should be addressed as soon as possible after reviewing this information.
A few observations on this room: We are surely aware that you have heard this before, but this is a very small room with low ceilings and a very "live" feel. The sound system is more than adequate for this room. There are no side-fills, sorry. If your band is really loud, then you know what you are dealing with here. We will do everything possible to assist you to have a great show, but the room and stage are what they are!
There is one dressing room for The Parish venue located on the first floor of the building. Access is via an elevator in the second floor kitchen located behind the stage. This is a restricted access area and we will ask that you please limit backstage access to only necessary band and crew.
All catering and meals are "in-house". We do not do buy-outs. Meals will be via House of Blues restaurant meal tickets or buffet, depending on the size of the entourage.
Please try to have any food orders placed before 9:30 pm. House of Blues will try to honor any "reasonable" request.
Please do not assume that because it is "in the rider" that it will be "in the dressing room"!
House of Blues will provide an experienced server in the dressing room area to assist with hospitality needs. Please take care of this person as he/she is there to help take care of you. Tip your server!
