House of Blues® Foundation Room® VIP Club Membership ("Membership").
Membership does not include the full benefits of an annual Foundation Room membership.
Membership provides access to Foundation Room at House of Blues located in Anaheim, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, and New Orleans.
Membership must be activated within one (1) month and expires
from activation date. A Membership card will be issued to winner expressly for winner's use.
The use of card by any other person is prohibited. Misused card will be confiscated and will result in the forfeiture of the membership.
House of Blues holds and reserves the right to cancel or revoke the member's membership in full, without recourse.
For member-only events, each cardholder may have up to three (3) guests in the Foundation Room. Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Foundation Room is subject to capacity. Advance arrangements for larger groups can be made through your Foundation Room Concierge, subject to space availability.

Tickets are only available for show dates that fall within the dates of your membership.
Tickets are available on first-come, first-served basis and quantities are limited.
Due to the limited capacity of our Foundation Room and reserved seating opportunities, requests for tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and are limited in accordance with your membership level, with some greater availability occurring infrequently on a show-by-show basis.
Tickets are for use by members and their guests.
Any misuse or re-selling of concert tickets is unacceptable.
Any requests for changes in a ticket order must be done at least 48 hours before the date of the show.
No name changes on ticket orders may occur on the night of the show.
Membership also includes access to priority entrance and pass-the-line to Foundation Room and Music Hall; priority ticket pick-up at Foundation Room podium; access to select member-only events and reserved member's area during select post-concert events; exclusive Foundation Room lounge access with priority seating; access to entertainment in Foundation Room lounge and late-night DJs; ability to host an exclusive or private event in Foundation Room; 20% discount at the House of Blues Gear Shop (excludes art, DVD's, guitars, music, book purchases and discounted merchandise); weekly email updates on upcoming concerts and member events; and ten percent (10%) discounts on food and beverage throughout the venue for parties of twenty (20) or less, valid at home venue only.
House of Blues retains the right to control access to any or all parts of Foundation Room. On occasion, Foundation Room may be closed to members for private functions for all or part of a day or evening.
Our best effort will be made to give you as much advance notice as possible.
Dress Code varies from location to location and event to event. Contact your concierge for dress code guidelines. Tank tops, sleeveless shirts (men only) flip-flops, gym wear or casual shorts, and torn clothing are not permitted in Foundation Room. Dress shorts are acceptable. Foundation Room Manager reserves the right to determine appropriateness of attire. From time to time you may see celebrities and touring talent outside the dress code. These are rare instances, and exceptions will be exercised judiciously.
House of Blues reserves the right to ask a member or his/her guest(s) to leave the Foundation Room if: a) their behavior, language or clothing is deemed inappropriate, b) their actions or conduct interfere with the enjoyment of other Foundation Room Members and their guests, c) they bring into House of Blues any alcoholic or intoxicating beverage, any illegal drug or controlled substance or, d) their conduct or actions constitute any illegal, improper or immoral behavior.
House of Blues does not accept responsibility for any personal items lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced in the venue. HOB Entertainment, LLC, House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, and any and all agents of the same, shall not be responsible for any claims or judgments for damages and the like, including costs of defending against such claims arising out of personal injury or property damage occurring in connection with the use of Foundation Room and all its areas by members or their invitees, unless such damage was caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the party claiming such right to be indemnified or held harmless.
