Where can I buy tickets to a show?

The House of Blues Houston box office is only open on show days 1 hour prior to the show.

How do I make a special needs request?

What are the age restrictions?

For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.

How do I get VIP tickets or upgraded seating?

HOB has some of the best ways to view a show in the city! Whether it’s a table or a Box, we’ve got you covered! For VIP ticket or upgraded seating inquiries, click here.

Can I upgrade my tickets on the day of the event?

Absolutely! As long as there are still VIP areas available. If you are interested in upgrading your tickets on the day of the event, click here

If you are already at the venue, please stop by the Box Office or ask any staff member for assistance.

How is your Music Hall set up?

The Music Hall is General Admission Standing Room Only. We are built for dancing and rocking out! That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket despite those pesky little numbers that may be printed on it.

For those of you looking to upgrade your experience, we do have some VIP Seating options including balcony seating & VIP upgrades for table seating on the main floor. For more information regarding these VIP areas, please contact us here.

How can I get early entry into the show?

Have you heard of PASS THE LINE? For most shows, you can make a purchase of $25 or more per person in the Foundation Room on the day of show. This pass will give you priority entrance into the show before the general public. You can either purchase PTL in advance or just come on in before the show and grab a meal and your receipt will be your pass! Our Foundation Room dining entrance is on Dallas st! Do you allow re-entry into the show?

No, there is no re-entry. But why would you want to leave? The show will be great!!

My tickets are at will call. How & when can I pick up my tickets?

+

Will call tickets can be picked up on day of show at the Box Office. Box Office opens 1 hour prior to door times. You will need a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.

I forgot to print my tickets; can you scan them from my Smartphone?

Yes, we have the power! And, make sure you do too. Have a full charge when you leave the house!

Will I pay any fees if I purchase tickets in person at the Box Office?

Yes, there is a minimal service fee per ticket. (lower than online!)

The show I bought tickets for got cancelled. How do I get my money back?

+

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in 3-5 business days.

My ticket location says Bronze Peacock at House of Blues. Where do I go?

Bronze Peacock has its own entrance located on the third floor.

What is not allowed to enter the venue?

+

(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)

  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
  • Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
  • No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
  •  No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
  • No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
  • No large bags over 12"x6"x12", backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags

Can you smoke in the Music Hall?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the venue. This also includes vape cigarettes. There is a designated area outside for smoking.

Are food and beverage available for purchase during a show?

Of course!! We have a variety of food & beverage options available for purchase, including local craft beers, tasty bites and a full bar available during shows.

Where can we eat before the show?

Join us in Foundation Room for dinner and drinks. To make reservations or to view the menu, click here or by calling us at 832-667-7740. For most shows, by spending $25 in the Foundation Room, you can receive a Pass the Line voucher that will give you priority entrance into the show before the general public. Way better than standing in line! Our Foundation Room dining is open Thursday – Saturday at 6PM!

House of Blues Houston strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know.

  • Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
  • Day of Show Parking- Parking is located in the GreenStreet Parking Garage. Once in the garage, please take the elevator to the third floor where you can take the SkyBridge to our venue.
  • Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
  • Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks' notice to secure. Guests who request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for (888) 402-5837 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
  • Hearing Assistance- Guests who require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached at (888) 402-5837.
  • Service Animals- SService animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. House of Blues Houston requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
  • Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Where do I park?

Valet service is available at the venue. Surface and garage parking available with skybridge access from the GreenStreet garage located on Clay between Main and Fannin.

Can I rent House of Blues for a private event?

We’re cashless! All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). There will be cash to card available onsite if you do need to exchange your cash.
