About Muscat and Serrano:

Muscat & Serrano are the acoustic duo branching from the popular Las Vegas cover band The Saints of Las Vegas. Brent Muscat and Anthony Serrano sometimes enjoy unplugging and playing a cross section of unusual pop, country and classic rock songs with a laid back acoustic feel.

Brent scored three gold records in the 80s with his former band Faster Pussycat and a number one MTV video with the song, "House of Pain." Anthony was discovered by Brent in late 2015 and is quickly making a name as an upcoming talent on the Vegas music scene.

About Brent Muscat

Brent Muscat is a guitarist known for being a founder of the original Faster Pussycat. He is also recognized as being a pioneer of the glam/sleaze-rock genre that became internationally popular during the 1980s

He was born in Monrovia, California, the youngest of three sons (his older brother Todd, is the bassist for Junkyard). It was while in high school that he met Taime Downe, Greg Steele, Eric Stacy and Mark Michals and formed Faster Pussycat.  The band released its debut in 1987, garnering attention for the songs “Bathroom Wall,” “Don’t Change That Song,” and especially for Muscat’s highly androgynous appearance. The band toured as the opener for numerous bands such as KISS and Motley Crue that year, culminating in a well-received appearance in the seminal metal documentary, “The Decline of Western Civilization Part Two: The Metal Years.”

In 1989 the band released “Wake Me When It’s Over,” which quickly went gold and featured the popular ballad “House of Pain,” and became a number one video on MTV. The band continued its streak as a “special guest” for KISS and Motley Crue among others.

The band broke up after its 1992 release of “Whipped.” After moving to Las Vegas in the early 2000s, Muscat formed the Original Sin City Sinners with Todd Kerns of Slash, winning numerous local awards. Muscat also has another popular band in Las Vegas, The Saints of Las Vegas, which can be found performing several times a week in Nevada and Arizona.
