About TJ Tyler:
TJ Tyler is the most versatile and hardest working entertainer in Las Vegas! He makes the party happen 5 nights a week at the world famous Mandalay Bay where he's built up an international and local fan base for the last 7 years running. He's also a huge hit at private and corporate events everywhere.
TJ has an uncanny ability to connect to an audience and he never works with a set list, instead he reads the crowd and, on the spot he chooses the songs he knows will get the maximum effect at any given moment. His goal is to fill every room he plays. Known as the "iron Man" of Las Vegas TJ and his band perform his 4 hour time slot at Mandalay Bay's Orchid Lounge straight through without stopping! Ask TJ why and he'll tell you quite simply "when we stop playing, people leave. So we don't stop".
His ongoing 7 year run at Orchid is preceded by a 12-year stint at Harrah’s making him one of the most enduring Las Vegas strip entertainers ever. Over that time he's made countless friends and fans who all make it a point to come in and see TJ whenever they're in town. His appeal is universal with an audience that covers every demographic of locals and visitors to Sin City. It's common to see average fun seekers, VIP players and celebs as diverse as Bill Maher, John Stamos or sports legend Franco Harris hanging out with TJ at one of his shows. Cleveland Cavaliers GM Koby Altman even hired TJ to perform at his wedding. "There's nobody more entertaining in Las Vegas!" exclaims Altman. In fact, voices from the crowd from a TJ show include memorable quotes like “nobody can turn a room into a party like TJ can” and “We had more fun here with TJ than we did at any of the expensive mega-shows we went to see!”.
TJ performs virtually every style of music and he also plays off of his uncanny resemblance to Frank Sinatra whom he also pays tribute to in his show and in private meet and greets. TJ can perform an entire night paying tribute to the Chairman of the Board but he typically mixes in party classics from the best loved artists from the 50′s, 60′s & through to the modern era. A consummate entertainer, TJ also has numerous film and television credits to his name.
