Foundation Room is celebrating National Bourbon Day with Firestone & Robertson (F&R) Distilling Co. with a Bourbon dinner hosted by Rob Arnold, F&R's Head Distiller and co-author of Shots of Knowledge: The Science of Whiskey

The seating will begin at 7:30PM and include a mouthwatering dishes cleverly paired with the Whiskey and/or Bourbon. Check out the menu and pairings below!

FIRST COURSE:
Collard Green Ravioli, Crawfish Maque Choux, Cajun Caviar
Paired with TX Straight Bourbon 90 proof

SECOND COURSE:
Fried Pork Belly Salad, Pickled Melon, Bourbon Tea Vinaigrette
Paired with TX Cask Bourbon 135 proof (not available at retail)

THIRD COURSE:
BBQ Braised Beef Cheek, White Truffle Pimento Potato Salad, Sugar Cane Mustard Jus
Paired with TX White Dog Old Fashioned (not available at retail)

FOURTH COURSE:
Brown Butter Beignet, Sticky Praline Custard, Caramel Corn
Paired with TX Whiskey Blend (2013 Best American Craft Whiskey)

After the dinner, Rob will be available to sign copies of his book, Shots of Knowledge: The Science of Whiskey.
