ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Lamar Creation

Born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Lamar developed a passion at a young age for music. He developed a deep love for the diverse music he heard in his home. Through his teenage years the artist in him started to develop as he explored poetry, writing raps and performing in the school cafeteria. This has been a journey of experiences for Lamar as he developed into the artist he is today. Performing in countless poetry slams, talent shows and being a part of different groups, Lamar has developed his talents and creativity to perform, write memorable music. With Collaboration credits that includes King los, Twista, and RubyGldSmoke. Lamar has shown the ability to expand his artistry.

Layshon Smith 

Layshon Smith, is best known for his hits singles “Ballin”, “Sex Me” feat Obywan Music, and “Never Again.” The 24-year-old artist, born and raised, in the southside of Chicago, Illinois began his musical journey at 4 years old when he sang in his church choir. His first debut EP, “SMITHSONIAN” was produced by “Geronimo Approved” and released November 13th, 2020. In 2021 he made his first mainstream radio debut with “Ballin” being distributed on 92.3. On February 23rd, 2022, Layshon released his sophomore EP “A Bandage on The Wound.” Following the success of his second EP, Layshon made his first televised cameo by making an appearance on the hit TV show “61st St.”
