- Smoked Brisket - 12hr smoked brisket, served with BBQ baked beans, coleslaw, and dinner rolls.
- BBQ Smoked Chicken - smoked chicken smothered and tossed in our house blend of spices and smothered in our house BBQ sauce.
- Baked Mac and Cheese - our four cheese sauce blend mac topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and chives.
- Potato Salad - southern style mustard potato salad with golden Yukon, pickles, dill, mustard, onion, mayo, and eggs the perfect blend.
- Southern Salad - mixed greens, fennel, apple, pecans, and champagne vinaigrette.
- Crudité and green onion dip Chef choice dessert
