Foundation Room is excited to participate another year in a row with Houston Restaurant Weeks benefitting Houston Food Bank.
$45 PER PERSON
Foundation Room will donate $7 to the Houston Food Bank from each dinner sold. Food Bank will provide 21 meals from this donation.
First Course
CANDIED PEACH SALAD
candied peach salad with baby arugula, cherry tomatoes, white wine poached cipollini onions, strawberries, basil, goat cheese, honey sour apple vinaigrette
LOCAL BEET SALAD
local beet salad, heirloom tomatoes, golden raisin pistachio pesto, lightly pickled cucumber, shelled edamame, garden greens, balsamic ginger dressing
LOBSTER WITH SPICY GAZPACHO
lobster with spicy gazpacho, yellow tomato and cucumber with serrano peppers, red grapes, fire roasted red tomato salsa side and chips

peach and butter poached halibut, parsnip purée, garden vegetable wheels, micro greens
10 OZ BBQ PORK TENDERLOIN
caramel bbq pork tenderloin, slow cooked white cheddar grits, sautéed baby corn with cotija cheese
12 OZ NY STRIP
grilled prime new york strip, lightly smoked potato purée, sunburst squash, charred shallot and brandy natural jus
