Ticket/badge holder expressly assumes all risk and danger incidental to the attendance at the event, and to the game of golf, including without limitation, the risk of being struck by golf balls, or golf clubs and releases the South Carolina Junior Golf Association, HBF, Inc. d/b/a/ Hootie & the Blowfish and the Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation, the House of Blues, Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday, The Dye Club at Barefoot Resort & Golf, Empire Sports Management, all security personnel, participants, and all employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives and/or volunteers thereof, from any and all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to attendance at this event. The ticket/badge holder also assumes all risk of property loss at the event. Tickets and/or badges may be revoked without refund for failure to obey all posted signs and instructions of Marshals, security personnel and Tournament Officials and/or acting in a dangerous disorderly manner.
