Entry Protocols

Our venue will continue to ensure we are meeting or exceeding the latest guidelines from local government and public health officials as regulations continue to evolve. Please be sure to check the specific event page for the latest entry requirement details ahead of arriving to the venue for your show. Ticket purchasers will also receive direct emails with important information leading up to the show. Please note that requirements and venue protocols (such as masking, testing and vaccination) are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.

Bag Policy

The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. No Backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota Bags. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Box Office Hours

The House of Blues Orlando Box Office is open Tuesday & Thursday from 12pm-7pm, as well at 2pm on all show days.

If you’d like to purchase tickets outside of these hours, please visit us at www.livenation.com. If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information.  We look forward to seeing you at our next show at House of Blues!

What are the age restrictions?

+

For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.

How do I get VIP tickets or upgraded seating?

HOB has some of the best ways to view a show in the city! We’ve got you covered! For VIP ticket or upgraded seating inquiries, please place an inquiry here.

Can I upgrade my tickets on the day of the event?

Absolutely! As long as there are still VIP areas available. If you are interested in upgrading your tickets on the day of the event, please call the Box Office at 407-934-2006.

If you are already at the venue, please stop by the Box Office or ask Security for assistance.

How is your Music Hall set up?

The Music Hall is General Admission Standing Room Only. We are built for dancing and rocking out! That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket despite those pesky little numbers that may be printed on it.

For those of you looking to upgrade your experience, we do have some VIP Seating options including loge seating and table seating on select shows. Loge seats are either barstools or church pews located on the balcony. Tables include 4 seats and are located on the first floor on select shows. For more information regarding these VIP areas, please call the Box Office at 407-934-2006.

How can I get early entry into the show?

Have you heard of FAST LANE? For select shows, you can purchase FAST LANE in order to pass the (GA) line and be one of the first people in the venue!

How to purchase FAST LANE:

  1. Spending $35 (per person) in The Restaurant & Bar on AMAZING food and COLD non-alcoholic beverages.
  2. Spending $35 (per person) in our Gear Shop on RAD HOB Merch!
  3. At The Smokehouse. (ask associate for details).
  4. By visiting LiveNation.com and searching for House of Blues Orlando. (Find the show you're going to and then look for FAST LANE.)

Do you allow re-entry into the show?

No, there is no re-entry. But why would you want to leave? The show will be great!!

Will I pay any fees if I purchase tickets in person at the Box Office?

+

Yes, there is a minimal service fee per ticket. (lower than online!)

The show I bought tickets for got cancelled. How do I get my money back?

+

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in 3-5 business days.

What is not allowed to enter the venue?

+

(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)

  • No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
  • Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted.
  • No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind.
  • No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
  • No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs).
  • No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind.
  • No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm.
  • No bags or purses larger than 12 x 6 x 12.
  • No Backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota Bags.
  • No reusable water bottles (Yeti, Stanely, etc.).
  • No stuffed animals or toys of any kind.

Can you smoke in the Music Hall?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the venue. This also includes vape cigarettes. There is a designated area outside for smoking.

Are food and beverage available for purchase during a show?

Of course!! We have a variety of food & beverage options available for purchase, including local craft beers, tasty bites and a full bar available during shows.

Where can we eat before the show?

+

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar OR The Smokehouse of course!! Both feature FREE LIVE music nightly! It’s a great way to pre-game and fuel up before the show!

For most shows, by spending $25 in the Gear Shop, you can receive a Pass the Line voucher that will give you priority entrance into the show before the general public. Way better than standing in line!

What is the address?

1490 East Buena Vista Dr. Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 Located in Disney Springs, directly next to Cirque du Soleil.

Where do I park?

+

Self-parking is complimentary in all surface lots (Watermelon) and garages (Lime and Orange), providing direct access to Disney Springs.

When parking at Disney Springs, please arrive at least 60 minutes before any scheduled event, show or reservation. Digital message boards along Buena Vista Drive will indicate when garages and surface lots are full. Due to limited capacity, Disney Springs may need to occasionally pause parking and pedestrian entry.

Parking may be more available earlier in the day Monday through Thursday—the parking lots often reach capacity on weekends, evenings and holidays.

Can I rent House of Blues for a private event?

Yes, you can absolutely make our House, your HOUSE! Our incredible space is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, social gathering, wedding, reception or private dinner. For more information, please call us at 407-934-2008 or click here.

Where is the lost and found?

We have TWO!!! One located in the Gear Shop and one inside Music Hall.
